Nuvfelia accepts returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. This timeframe complies with the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from any alterations. Customers are encouraged to initiate returns promptly to ensure eligibility. After the 30-day period, we cannot accept returns. This policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality control.
How to Initiate
To initiate a return, customers should visit the Nuvfelia website and access the return section. There, you will find detailed instructions on how to submit a return request. What’s Returnable
Eligible items for return include all non-customized products. Custom embroidered items, including personalized gifts and branded apparel, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our custom services. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
What’s Final Sale
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This includes all customized products that have been specifically created according to customer specifications. For clarity, these final sale items will be clearly marked at the point of purchase. Customers are encouraged to review their selections carefully before placing an order to avoid issues related to final sales.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping expenses unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact Nuvfelia immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage or error to expedite the resolution. Nuvfelia will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on the customer’s preference. It is important to notify us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless specified otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Nuvfelia cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit. It is advisable to keep the receipt for tracking purposes until the return is fully processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for items that are damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, follow the same procedure as initiating a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead. Cancellations
